    To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. Sneakers should be unworn, and all original packaging (boxes, tags, and labels) must be intact.

  • Non-returnable Items:
    Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Limited edition or sale items marked as non-returnable
    • Gift cards
  • Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization and provide you with a return shipping label.

    4. Ship Back the Item: Use the return shipping label provided to send the item back to us. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your returned item.

2. Refund Process

Once we have received your returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Here’s what you need to know:
