    Delivery within 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping.

  • Express Shipping:
    Delivery within 1-2 business days for domestic orders and 3-5 business days for international orders. Express shipping carries the highest fee.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • The destination (shipping address)
  • The shipping method selected
  • The size and weight of the order

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (please refer to our promotions page for current details).

3. Order Processing Time

    Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation:
    After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact our Customer Support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    In the event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 business days from the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Delayed Deliveries:
    While we strive to ensure timely delivery, MIGHTOPIS is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or customs procedures. We encourage you to track your order using the tracking number provided.

8. Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee the adjustment if the order has already been processed or shipped.

9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address is a valid residential or business address.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide Accurate Shipping Information:
    It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. MIGHTOPIS is not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Customs and Import Duties:
    International customers are responsible for paying any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of the product or shipping fees and must be paid upon delivery.
